Best Laid Plans is on their summer holiday, so Beep Street Djs are taking over the helm at Proud Galleries this Sunday (20th July). In a similar style to BLP it’s an all day affair starting at 2pm until late.
Chris is at Truck Festival, so it’s just Djing and no Vjing this month, doing both at the same time by your self is proving difficult.

Yeah that’s right. Best Laid Plans returns slightly sooner than expected. Buttoned Down Liveshow asked the guys at BLP to come spread some musical love at their clubnight and they in turn asked us. This all happens tonight. It’s being held at the Astoria 2 on Charing Cross road, it’s free before 10pm so there are no excuses. Prices go up to £10 after (or £7 with a flyer), we’ll be hitting the deck’s about 11.

Two successful Best Laid Plans all dayers later…
Both May and Junes ‘Best Laid plans’ @ Proud Galleries, have been great successes. Well done to Anna, Dan and Tim for pulling off the best all day sunday party in London yet again.
In May we (well I, because Chris was living it up at ATP) followed Justin Robertsons set in the main room at Proud. Thanks to everyone that stuck around as I know it was well past your bed times on a sunday.
June saw us finally debute a completly digital set, using two macbooks to dj and vj with. The vjing continued for the bands live sets, which worked really well as the lights in the venue were not opperating. Special thanks to Velofax for the CD to say thanks for the visuals.

Best Laid Plans returns May 18th
We are back djing our residency with Best Laid Plans at Proud galleries on May the 18th. Proud has just been refurbished and is hosting some awesome parties. BLP are looking for Bands for the night, drop us or them an email if you think you fit the bill.
Celebrity Murder Party
Fade In Fade Out will be cutting up live visuals and djing at Celebrity Murder Party a Bi-annual charity club night. Current date is May 10th and the details are sketchy, update to follow.
We have gone digital
We have finally bitten the bullet, and gone digital. We are not turning our backs on our well loved vinyl, but with the shift in music distribution (and the trend of mp3’s being uploaded at a far greater quality of 320kbps) it made sense. We have both been sourcing from the ‘tinternet’ for quite a while now, and quiten oftern stumble apon those gems that you just cant find in ‘HMV’.First digital mix to be uploaded when we’ve both got our heads around it.

Welcome to the new ‘Fade In Fade Out’ site, now running on wordpress, which means updates will be a lot more frequent.
The design side of FIFO has been put on hold whilst we both battle with our day jobs, however we will be still DJing, VJing and producing self initiated work. We have also hooked up with sound designer D_Phi to enhance our motion graphics pieces, and hopefully collaborate in live sets.
